All UK orders over £70.00 are eligible for free delivery (Orders under £70.00 will incur a £3.99 delivery fee).
We aim to get all orders made before 3 pm to be dispatched the same working day via royal mail or alternate tracked service (tracking information will be relayed back to you via email once dispatched)
Next day shipping is available from just £6.49.
Shipping to the rest of Europe is an additional £9.00+ depending on Country, until your cart value is £120 or more, in which case will be free. **Please be aware of possible imports fees your Government may charge on goods from outside the EU** We are not liable for these charges, if unpaid you may be liable for return postage if these charges go unpaid.
Shipping rates to the rest of the World countries vary due to constant change in market, calculated at checkout or message before hand.
Missing or Damaged Goods
Please ensure all information provided (Delivery address) are correct, we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels sent to an incorrectly provided delivery address.
Orders will take between 3-5 working days to arrive from order date, any parcels that get delayed will need up to 30 days to issue refund as we will need to take this up with our chosen courier
(parcels tend to turn up within this time).
Cancelling an order
If u change your mind on an order please contact us as soon as possible to rectify, if the order has already been dispatched the matter will have to be dealt with as if it was a return (postage not refunded)
All orders are eligible for a refund if they are returned to us in the condition they were sent out in, within 14 days of you receiving the item with original package contents (Please contact us before returning). In the case where you believe the item you have received is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on the steps to take.
Please note Clothing must be received back perfectly folded, unworn, tags attached, unscented (aftershave etc.) , no mark/flaws, with original packaging and content. Footwear must be received back unworn with any additional items such as attached spare laces intact. If any of the listed criteria is apparent on arrival we reserve the right to refuse the Return of this item. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive back.
Adapted items such as 'Grip applied' or custom complete skateboards are subject to be non refundable due to the item not being in the original condition at the request of the customer.
Your Refund amount will be for the item returned and not for any postage paid.
When exchanging an item please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct size to amend your order, then you will be advised from there. Buyer is eligible to pay return postage but we will cover sending out your amended order.
The refusal to pay import duties can incur additional costs to ourselves which will be passed on/reflected in the refunded amount when the item/items arrive back with us. We are not responsible for import charges due on items ordered from the U.K to Europe.
