Returns

All orders are eligible for a refund if are returned to us in the condition they were sent out in, within 14 days of you receiving the item with original package contents (Please contact us before returning). In the case where you believe the item you have received is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on the steps to take.

Please note Clothing must be received back perfectly folded, unworn, tags attached, unscented (aftershave etc.) , no mark/flaws, with original packaging and contents. Footwear must be received back unworn with any additional items such as attached spare laces intact. If any of the listed criteria is apparent on arrival we reserve the right to refuse the Return of this item. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive back. 

Adapted items such as 'Grip applied' or custom complete skateboards are subject to be non refundable due to the item not being in the original condition at the request of the customer.

Exchanges

When exchanging an item please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct size to amend your order, then you will be advised from there. Buyer is eligible to pay return postage but we will cover sending out your amended order.
